Backup and Restore Utility for Microsoft Outlook

Protect your valuable Outlook data (email messages, contacts, tasks, email accounts, signatures, message rules, etc) with a simple to use backup and restore utility. OutBack Plus 6 will find all of the critical data for Outlook 98, 2000, 2002 (Outlook XP) 2003 and 2007, and save it to a compressed, password protected, backup file. OutBack Plus is the solution to your backup problems.

OutBack Plus also includes backup and restore of:
· Outlook 2007/2003 Business Contact Manager DB,
· Outlook 2007/2003 Junk Mail settings,
· Internet Explorer Favorites and settings,
· Mozilla FireFox data,
· My Documents Files,
· Desktop files, and any additonal files or folders desired.

In the event of a hard disk failure or virus attack, you will be able to easily recover your Outlook data. OutBack Plus will also transfer your Outlook data when you upgrade to a new machine, or need to have your email on your laptop when you travel.

Here are some key features of "OutBack Plus":

· Backup your Outlook Personal Folders (.pst files) in a compressed, zip compatible, archive. The ".pst" files grow very quickly. The Outback Plus backup file is smaller and more easily managed.
· Your Outlook contains more than just email, so all of your critical Outlook control files are included in the backup - Signatures, Stationery, Wizard Rules, etc are also preserved for easy recovery.
· Moving to a new PC? OutBack Plus allows you to restore the backup data to the same or another machine.
· Automatic reminder to backup after a set number of days - according to your needs. Never again forget this important task.
· "Backup Now!" - A One step backup using the parameters from the prior backup. The program remembers how you like to do things.
· Backup your Documents and Desktop files. Most user data resides in your "My Documents" folder.
· Backup your Internet Explorer favorites, cookies, and offline folders The IE data is included with no more than a mouse click!
· Backup and restore Mozilla Firefox Browser data.
· Restore "Wizards" assist with restore of Outlook data.
· If you need to refer to your actions, a log is maintained for each Backup or Restore. This can easily be printed as required.

Multiple profile support - OBP7 has significantly improved support for multiple Outlook Profiles - including:
· Backup and restore multiple Outlook profiles at once.
· Restore a backup with a single Outlook profile to a selected profile on a machine with multiple profiles.
· Restore a profile with do a different profile (cross profile restore).

· Integrated "Backup Now" - The "Backup Now" function (the function to repeat any prior backup "job" without using the backup wizard) is now integrated within the main OutBack Plus program. This reduces confusion and desktop clutter - as well as make the program simpler to use.
