This program is an easy-to-use IRC client

dxirc is a simple IRC client for various operating systems written using the FOX toolkit.

You can perform any dxirc customization (ignoring, colors, ...) without editing any file by hand. However, you may want to understand the configuration principles, because some customizations can easily be done by editing the configurations files.

Be careful to quit dxirc before hand editing any configuration file, otherwise changes could not be taken into account.

What's New in This Release:

· Added support for smileys.
· Added initial support for sounds.
· New functions in Lua scripting support.
· Added DCC RESUME and DCC ACCEPT.
· The location of the local configuration files on *nix has changed.
· This is to be compliant with the Freedesktop standards.
· The local configuration files for dxirc is now located in the ~/.config/dxirc directory.
· Added support sending styled text.
